Receta de CHOCOLATE CON GRILLOS
INGREDIENTES:
- Grillos – 1/2 taza
- Tableta de chocolate negro para fundir – 1 pieza o 150 gramos
- Mantequilla – 1 barra
- Azúcar o endulzante – al gusto
INSTRUCCIONES:
• Lavamos muy bien nuestros grillos.
• Precalentamos nuestro horno a 180° C.
• Llevamos nuestros chapulines al horno y dejamos durante 10 minutos o hasta que estén secos y crujientes.
• Retiramos nuestros grillos del horno y dejamos enfriar.
• Les quitamos las patas y cabezas.
• Derretimos el chocolate y le agregamos la mantequilla, revolvemos todo y vamos endulzando al gusto.
• Sumergimos los grillos en el chocolate asegurándonos de que queden completamente bañados del chocolate.
En un molde colocamos papel encerado y vaciamos nuestros chapulines con chocolate.
Llevamos nuestros grillos al refrigerador y dejamos enfriar por unas horas.
