Receta de PIZZA CASERA CON 4 QUESOS Y DURAZNOS
INGREDIENTES:
Masa para una porción regular de pizza
250 gramos corte de mozzarella
250 gramos rebanar, cortar
250 gramos queso azul, rebanado
250 gramos pecorino de , rallado
1/4 taza de aceite de oliva virgen extra
1 lata de duraznos en almibar
1 cucharadita de ajo
1/2 cucharadita de sal
MANERA DE COCINAR:
Primero, precalienta el horno a 200 grados C y coloca un papel antiadherente sobre una bandeja para hornear.
En un recipiente, mezcle el aceite de oliva virgen extra, la sal, los tomates derretidos y el ajo. Hervir en una cacerola muy pequeña durante 10 – 15 minutos.
Empiezas a abrir la masa. Luego extienda la mezcla del tazón y se vierten los cuatro tipos de queso encima.
Hornee en el horno durante unos 15 minutos o hasta que estén crujientes.
Coloque los duraznos cortados en tiras y hornee por 5 min.
