Receta para hacer MOCHIS DE HELADO
INGREDIENTES:
1/2 taza de leche
1/2 taza de azúcar
1 cdita de vainilla
1 cda de aceite vegetal o de coco
1/2 taza de harina de arroz
Fécula de maíz
Colorante
PREPARACIÓN:
Congela bolitas de helado durante dos horas. Agrega en una sartén leche, azúcar y revuelve a fuego bajo hasta que se haya disuelto. Incorpora inmediatamente vainilla, aceite y colorante.
Revuelve y agrega la harina de arroz. Mezcla y deja tu preparación a fuego medio. La mezcla tiene que ir espesando poco a poco.
Estira la masa sobre la fécula de maíz y refrigeramos por media hora.
Corta cuadritos para envolver el helado y vuelves a congelar durante media hora. Ahora está listo para que puedas probarlos.
