Receta para preparar PAPAS RELLENAS CON JAMÓN Y QUESO
INGREDIENTES:
Papas (150 g).
Jamón.
Queso.
Aceite de oliva.
Sal.
Ajo en polvo
PREPARACIÓN
Corta en tiras la papa pero no llegues hasta el final.
Pinta con un poco de aceite para que no se queme.
Añade sal y pimienta.
Mete la papa 35 minutos a 180º sin precalentar.
Llena cada corte con jamón y queso al gusto.
Vuelve a meter la papa 10 minutos más a 180º.
Recuerda que puedes variar el relleno con lo que quieras.
