Las condiciones de sequía empeoran a medida que se encienden pequeños incendios en partes de SWFL
Los incendios forestales están comenzando a ocurrir con un poco más de frecuencia en esta estación seca. Si bien los incendios forestales no están totalmente fuera de lo normal durante los meses de invierno, la temporada alta de incendios no es hasta abril y mayo. Esos incendios de primavera son causados principalmente por rayos. La mayoría de los pequeños incendios recientes que hemos visto últimamente parecen ser causados por humanos.
Desde el frente frío del fin de semana pasado, el jefe de bomberos de Lehigh Acres le dijo a Fox 4 que han visto un incendio forestal casi a diario.
