Receta de ARROZ A LA MEXICANA
El arroz se dora ligeramente en aceite y termina de cocinarse en caldo de pollo con puré de jitomate. Perfecto para acompañar cualquier platillo mexicano.
INGREDIENTES:
3 cucharadas de aceite vegetal
1 taza de arroz
1 cucharadita de sal de ajo
½ cucharadita de comino en polvo
¼ de taza de cebolla picada
½ taza de puré de jitomate
2 tazas de caldo de pollo
PREPARACIÓN:
Paso 1
Calienta el aceite a fuego medio en una cacerola grande y agrega el arroz. Fríe, moviendo constantemente, hasta que se haya dorado ligeramente. Agrega la sal de ajo y el comino.
Paso 2
Incorpora la cebolla y cocina, sin dejar de mover, hasta que se vea transparente. Vierte el puré de tomate y el caldo de pollo. Deja que hierva, tapa la cacerola y cocina a fuego lento de 20 a 25 minutos.
