Receta de HAMBURGUESA DE AGUACATE
INGREDIENTES:
4 aguacates partidos por la mitad
1 pimiento rojo fileteado
1 pimiento verde fileteado
1 pimiento amarillo fileteado
1 pimiento naranja fileteado
1/2 col morada rallada
1/2 lechuga deshojada
4 rebanadas de queso
Mayonesa
1 huevo batido
1 taza de pan molido
Aceite suficiente para freír
1/2 taza de ajonjolí negro
INSTRUCCIONES:
Empaniza los quesos con huevo y pan molido. Fríelos en una sartén a fuego medio con aceite y retira el exceso de grasa, reserva.
Retira la cáscara de los aguacates, unta mayonesa sobre cuatro mitades y coloca el queso frito, lechuga, col y pimientos.
Termina con las mitades de aguacate y ajonjolí.
