Receta para HELADO DE MANTEQUILLA DE MANÍ
INGREDIENTES:
1 taza de crema espesa
1 taza de crema ligera
½ taza de azúcar
½ taza de mantequilla de maní
¾ cucharadita de extracto de vainilla
1 pizca de sal
ELABORACIÓN:
Combina todos los ingredientes en un recipiente hasta que el azúcar se disuelva.
Vierte la mezcla en una máquina para hacer helados y procesa durante 25-30 minutos o congela y bate cada 1/2 hora por 2 horas.
Toma el helado de mantequilla de maní de inmediato o ponlo en el congelador para que se ponga firme. Guárdalo en el congelador por hasta 7 días.
Sirvelo sobre tacos y cubre con trozos de mani y caramelo liquido.
