Receta para TARTA DE QUESO KETO
INGREDIENTES:
Para la masa
475 ml (230 g) harina de almendra
110 g mantequilla derretida
60 ml (45 g) eritritol
¼ cdta. sal
PARA EL RELLENO
900 g (950 ml) queso crema
240 ml crema (o nata) para montar
Crema (o nata) para montar
120 ml (110 g) eritritol
2 cdta. extracto de vainilla
1 limón (jugo y ralladura)
INSTRUCCIONES
En un bol, añadir todos los ingredientes de la masa y mezclar hasta que tenga una consistencia arenosa.
Colocar la mezcla en un molde desmontable de 23 cm de diámetro, con suficiente profundidad. Usando el fondo de un vaso o los dedos, esparcir la masa presionando contra el fondo del molde y los bordes para darle forma a la base de la tarta. Reservar en la nevera.
En un bol grande, añadir todos los ingredientes de relleno. Usando una batidora de mano o de vaso, batir la mezcla durante unos 5 minutos o hasta que tenga una consistencia esponjosa.
Verter el relleno sobre la base y alisarlo de forma uniforme con la ayuda de una espátula.
Cubrir con film de plástico y dejar reposar en la nevera durante al menos tres horas.
Cubrir la tarta de queso con los toppings que quieras o servir tal cual.
