Receta de PIZZA CON BASE DE BRÓCOLI
INGREDIENTES
Para la base:
200 g de Brócoli
1 Aguacate
100 g de Queso manchego
Sal
Pimienta negra
Orégano
1 Huevo
Para la cobertura:
Queso mozzarella
Cebolla morada
Champiñones laminado
Salami
Cilantro
PREPARACIÓN
LA BASE:
Tritura el brócoli en el robot de cocina y ralla el queso.
Aplasta con un tenedor el aguacate pelado hasta formar una pasta.
Pon el brócoli rallado, el aguacate y el queso en un bol y añade el huevo batido. Adereza con sal, pimienta negra recién molida y orégano y mezcla todo bien hasta amalgamar una masa.
Coloca un papel de horno sobre la bandeja y pon la masa encima.
Cubre con otro papel de horno y ve aplastando la masa con la ayuda de un rodillo hasta dejarla del grosor deseado. Retira el papel superior.
Métela en el horno, a 220°C y hornea durante 17 minutos.
LA PIZZA:
Una vez que saques del horno tu base de brócoli, ya puedes poner los ingredientes por encima. Comienza con el queso mozzarella rallado, sin llegar a los bordes.
Añade después la cebolla partida en juliana fina, el champiñón laminado y las rodajas de salami.
Vuelve a meter en el horno y hornea de nuevo, a 220°C con calor arriba y abajo durante otros 12 o 14 minutos.
PRESENTACIÓN:
Sirve tu pizza con base de brócoli inmediatamente y adorna con unas hojitas de cilantro por encima.
