Receta de PIZZA CON CHORIZO Y CHILI
INGREDIENTES
1 base para pizza
50 g de chorizo
Chiles rojos
4 cucharadas de salsa de tomate
50 g de mozzarella rallada
Aceite de oliva
Orégano seco
Sal
ELABORACIÓN
Precalentar el horno a 250 ºC.
Quitarle la piel al chorizo y cortarlo en rodajas.
Lavar los chiles, quitarle el pedúnculo y las semillas y cortarlo por la mitad.
Estirar la masa con las manos para darle forma redondeada.
Una vez estirada, extiende la salsa de tomate y espolvorea con orégano seco y un poco de sal.
Espolvorear ahora el queso rallado
Repartir las rodajas de chorizo.
Y luego las tiras de chile rojo y unas gotas de aceite de oliva.
Espolvorear de nuevo con orégano.
Hornear en la parte baja del horno hasta que los bordes comiencen a dorarse. Esto puede durar alrededor de 10 minutos. Dejar reposar unos minutos antes de consumir.
