Receta de PASTEL HELADO NAPOLITANO
INGREDIENTES: (Pastel de 15 cm)
• 65 grms Harina todo uso (1/2 taza + 1 cda)
• 75 grms Azúcar (1/3 taza)
• 14 grms Cacao (2 cdas)
• 1/3 cdita Bicarbonato de sodio
• 1/4 cdita Sal
• 15 ml Vinagre blanco (1 cda)
• 85 ml Leche líquida
• 25 grms Huevo (1/2 huevo)
• 25 ml Aceite Vegetal
INSTRUCCIONES:
1.Mezclar en un bol la harina, azúcar, cacao, bicarbonato de sodio y la sal.
- Mezclar en otro bol el vinagre, leche líquida, huevos y aceite.
- Unir las dos mezclas con batidor de mano.
- Colocar mezcla en molde de 15 cm.
- Hornear a 180°C por 20 minutos o hasta que al introducir un palito, este salga limpio.
- Dejar enfriar.
INGREDIENTES:
• 500 ml de Crema para batir (2 tazas)
• 395 grms de Leche condensada (1 lata)
• 1 cdta de Vainilla
• 80 grms Mermelada de Fresa (1/4 taza)
• ¼ cdita Esencia de fresa
• 4 gotas de Colorante rosado
• 50 grms Chocolate (derretido) (1/3 taza)
• 7 grms Cacao (1 cda)
INSTRUCCIONES:
- Montar la crema para batir que debe estar muy fría.
- Luego agregar la leche condensada y la vainilla y continuar batiendo hasta que todo esté integrado.
- Dividir mezcla en 3 partes iguales.
- Dejar una parte tal como está, a la 2da parte agregar el chocolate (derretido) y el cacao y batir hasta integrar, a la 3era parte, agregar la mermelada de fresa, la esencia de fresa y el colorante y batir.
- Utilizar un cake ring (anillo de metal) y colocar acetato alrededor, luego la torta de chocolate, seguido del helado de chocolate, llevar al congelador por al menos 1 hora, luego agregar el helado de vainilla y congelar por 1 hora, terminando con el helado de fresa, y llevar al congelador por toda la noche.
- Al otro día, desmoldar y servir fría.
