Conductor es buscado después de atropellar mortalmente a una persona y darse a la fuga en Fort Myers Beach
LEE COUNTY, Fla. – Las autoridades están buscando al conductor de un vehículo involucrado en un accidente, luego de atropellas y darse a la fuga y donde falleció a una mujer de Wisconsin en San Carlos Boulevard cerca de Siesta Drive en Fort Myers Beach el miércoles por la noche.
Según Florida Highway Patrol, una mujer de Wisconsin de 55 años intentaba cruzar San Carlos Blvd alrededor de las 7:15 p.m. cuando un conductor desconocido la golpeó y se dio a la fuga. La FHP compartió un video del vehículo sospechoso del atropello y fuga. Los policías creen que el automóvil involucrado es un sedán blanco o tostado.
Un segundo conductor, de Fort Myers de 58 años, trató de desviarse para evitar golpear a la mujer, pero también chocó contra ella, dijeron los policías.
