El presidente de la República de Chad muere en un combate
Las circunstancias de la muerte de no pudieron confirmarse de forma independiente de inmediato debido a la ubicación remota de los combates, pero el ejército alegó que el mandatario había luchado «heroicamente» pero resultó herido en una batalla.
El presidente Idriss Deby Itno, que gobernó la nación centroafricana de Chad durante tres décadas, murió a causa de las heridas sufridas durante una visita a las tropas de primera línea que luchan contra un grupo rebelde, según anunció este martes el ejército.
