Receta de PIZZA HAWAIANA
INGREDIENTES:
1 kilo de harina
2 cucharadas de levadura
1/2 tazas de aceite
1 cucharada de azúcar
1/2 cucharaditas de sal
agua, tibia la necesaria
1 litro de puré de tomate
1 cebolla, mediana finamente picada
3 cucharadas de aceite
oréganos
1 kilo de queso asadero, rallado
jamón, en cubos al gusto
piñas, en cuadritos al gusto
sal
PREPARACIÓN
Para la masa. Cernir el harina y hacer una fuente, agregar la levadura, la sal, el azúcar, y revolver. Formar nuevamente la fuente y agregar aceite, agua tibia y empezar a amasar hasta que la masa tenga una textura suave . Colocar la masa en un recipiente y taparla con una bolsa para dejarla reposar hasta que doble el volumen.
Para la salsa. Agregar todos los ingredientes de la salsa al puré de tomate y sazonar.
Para la pizza. Extender la masa hasta lograr el tamaño deseado, engrasar la bandeja con un poco de aceite y extender la pizza. Agregar la salsa, el queso, el jamón y la piña.
Meter al horno a 200 grados por unos 20 o 25 minutos hasta que esté esponjadita y dorada.
