Receta para preparar FLAUTAS DE CARNE
INGREDIENTES:
16 tortillas para flauta
2 tazas de falda de res cocida y deshebrada
2 chiles guajillo remojados
2 chiles anchos remojados
1 diente de ajo
4 jitomates
2 tazas de lechuga fileteada
4 rábanos en láminas delgadas
Aceite suficiente para freír
INSTRUCCIONES
Asa los jitomates y el ajo, después licua con los chiles. Salpimenta.
Rellena las tortillas con la carne deshebrada, enrolla y sujeta con un palillo.
Fríe en aceite caliente hasta que doren y termina con la lechuga y rábano. Acompaña con la salsa.
