Receta para preparar SOPA DE MARISCOS
INGREDIENTES:
6 jitomates
1 cebolla
2 dientes de ajo
3 chiles de árbol secos asados y despepitados
4 cucharadas de aceite de maíz
2 litros de caldo de pescado
500 gr. de camarones medianos pelados
2 kilos de pulpo cocido, pelado y cortado en trocitos
500 gramos de filete de pescado cortado en tiras
1 rama grande de epazote
Sal al gusto
PREPARACIÓN:
Muele el jitomate con la cebolla, el ajo y el chile. Luego cuela y sofríe en aceite bien caliente.
Cuando esté bien sazonado, añade el caldo, los camarones, el pulpo y las rebanadas de filete de pescado y la rama de epazote. Deja hervir durante unos seis minutos y sirve bien caliente.
Presentación:
Sirve en una sopera y acompaña con limones y si lo deseas, con un
poco más de chile de árbol asado y desmenuzado en un plato aparte.
