Tiroteo en exhibición de autos de Arkansas deja al menos 1 muerto y 27 heridos
Un hombre murió y 27 personas resultaron heridas cuando dos personas se involucraron en un tiroteo durante una exhibición de autos que es parte de un evento comunitario anual en una pequeña ciudad del sureste de Arkansas, dijeron las autoridades el domingo.
Una persona que abandonó la escena del tiroteo del sábado por la noche fue arrestada por cargos no relacionados y está siendo interrogada sobre el tiroteo en Dumas, una ciudad de unos 4.000 habitantes ubicada a unas 90 millas (144 kilómetros) al sureste de Little Rock, el coronel de la policía estatal de Arkansas. dijo Bill Bryant.

«El propósito de Hood-Nic siempre ha sido unir a la comunidad», dijo la fundación en su página de Facebook. «Esta violencia sin sentido debe terminar».
«Siempre ha sido un evento familiar con un mensaje de no violencia», dijo Kris Love-Keys, directora de desarrollo de la fundación.
Cameron Shaffer, de 23 años, de Jacksonville, Arkansas, murió en los disparos, dijo Bryant. Dijo que las autoridades no tienen indicios de que haya estado involucrado en el tiroteo.
