Receta para preparar ALFAJORES
INGREDIENTES:
2 tazas de maicena cernida
⅔ taza de mantequilla sin sal a temperature
ambiente
4 cucharadas de azúcar
4 cuch araditas de polvo de hornear
4 yemas de huevo
2 cucharadas de leche
1 lata de dulce de leche
Azúcar en polvo para espolvorear
INSTRUCCIONES:
Precalienta el horno a 350°F.
Bate los huevos con el azúcar a velocidad media por tres minutos. Añade la mantequilla y continúa batiendo. Apaga la batidora.
Añade la maicena y el polvo de hornear en tres partes, usando una espátula. Después amasa ligeramente con las manos hasta que no se pegue a las manos. Si se siente muy seca Añade la leche.
En una mesa enharinada estira la masa con el rodillo hasta que tenga un espesor de ⅛ de pulgada.
Corta con cortadores de galleta redondos, transfiere a una lata sin engrasar y hornea por 8 minutos. No deben dorar.
Enfría en rejillas y pon una cucharadita de dulce de leche sobre la mitad de las galletas.
Cubre con otra galleta y cierne azúcar en polvo sobre los alfajores.
