Receta para hacer EMPANADAS
INGREDIENTES para la masa:
3 c. harina para todo uso
1 cucharadita de sal kosher
1 cdta. de polvo de hornear
1/2 c. de mantequilla fría, cortada en cubos
3/4 c. de agua
1 huevo grande
Tu relleno favorito (carne, pollo, queso, etc.)
Cilantro recién picado, para adornar
Crema agria, para servir
PREPARACIÓN
Unir todos lo ingredientes hasta formar una masa homogenia, estira con un rodillo sobre una superficie plana y con harina, con un tazon corta circulos de maza, coloca el relleno y dobla, Para pegar ambos lados utiliza un tenedor humedecido en agua y presiona fuerte pero con cuidado de no romper la masa.
Coloca las empanadas en una cesta de aire comprimido forrada de pergamino, asegurándote de que no se toquen, y cocínalas por tandas a 400° durante 10 minutos.
Adornar con cilantro y servir con crema agria.
