Receta para preparar TOSTONES
INGREDIENTES
2 plátanos verdes
2 cda aceite de oliva
1 cdta sal o más, a gusto
1 cdta ajo en polvo opcional
INSTRUCCIONES:
Cortar los plátanos sin pelar en rodajas de 2 cm
Precocer los plátanos (hervidos): Colocar los plátanos en una olla y cúbrelos con agua . Hierve a fuego medio-alto durante unos 20-25 minutos, comenzando a contar desde el momento en que rompe el hervor.
Una vez cocidos, retira del agua y seca con una toalla de papel para eliminar el exceso de humedad. Pela las rebanadas con una pinza de cocina para evitar quemarte.
Aplástalos si tienes una tostonera o aplana las rodajas entre dos trozos de papel de hornear o papel encerado, para que el plátano no se pegue.
Untar las rodajas aplastadas con aceite de oliva.
Espolvorear con una pizca de sal y una de ajo en polvo.
Precalienta la freidora de aire a 200 ºC [400 ºF].
Coloca las rebanadas de plátano en el tazón de la freidora de aire, asegurándote de que no se apilen y regresa el tazón a la freidora de aire. Cuece durante 15 minutos o hasta que adquieran un color.
